15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible items. The return period begins on the date the package is first delivered to your address, as confirmed by our shipping carrier's tracking information.

Eligibility for Returns (Days 1–15)

To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date shown in our tracking records. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included or reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchange Grace Period (Days 16–30)

After the initial 15-day return window has passed, items are no longer eligible for a return but may still be exchanged. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the original delivery date. Once the 30-day grace period expires, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
